Government enterprise Latvenergo was the first in the best-desired employers rating in the 2012 being ahead of the mobile carrier LMT that was the second in the rating and Lattelecom that was the third.
As respondents mentioned, choosing the job, there are very important such factors as stability, career development, salary and learning facilities. In addition, there were very important young collective, creative environs and good equipped office for the respondents. For more, as attractive factors were mentioned personnel care and positive environment.
As negative factors were mentioned: negative clients’ opinion, suppression of important for enterprise information and management’s bully-boy tactics.
